Responsibilities:

·         Managing the IT work streams supporting Xcel's SAP program, Productivity through Technology.

·         Accountable for developing and managing the work break down schedule, resource plan and budget.

·         Responsible for weekly status reporting, risk/issue and mitigation plans and mapping out and tracking key depend

·         Responsible across the work stream.

·         PM should be familiar with the cadence of a SAP program and related methodologies.

·         PM must have experience managing matrixed teams across a variety of vendors and client employees.

 

Required:

·         Exceptional project management skills including creating project management plans and managing a budget.

·         Familiarity with SAP implementations.

·         Experience managing multiple vendors and internal employees in a matrix environment.
