Sr.SharePoint Developer
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6+Month
We are also seeking a senior SharePoint Developer to join its growing SharePoint practice.
The ideal candidate can actively analyze, design and implement complex information architectures on SharePoint 2013; provide specific recommendations to guide development planning on future upgrades and maintenance as well as research and evaluate new features, technologies, and current trends in SharePoint design.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience with the following skills:
Developed custom web parts and/or event handlers using C#
Used JavaScript to access, display and modify content using the Client Object Model
SharePoint branding experience including creating/modifying Master Pages, CSS, Application pages, and System development
Built responsive pages using frameworks such as bootstrap
Created and deployed SharePoint features using Visual Studio including content types, list templates and site assets
Created custom lists & libraries to store and maintain business data
Customized Content By Query Web Part, Content By Search Web Part, or Data View Web Part to display business data
Deployed solutions to SharePoint manually and via PowerShell
Implemented SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer and/or Visual Studio
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint using SharePoint log files and other diagnostic tools
Developed web services to be consumed from SharePoint
Integrate SharePoint with Line of Business applications using web service interfaces such as REST
Created apps or custom solutions for Office 365
Key Skills
ASP.Net, C#, HTML5, CSS3, CAML, JavaScript/jQuery, XSLT, AJAX and REST
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, class inheritance, and application design
Ability to design and communicate solutions including component/block diagrams, sequence diagrams, and dataflow diagrams
Working knowledge of SharePoint Designer
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2010 development, including feature/solution packaging
Experience developing SharePoint Server controls
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
In addition, the ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of SharePoint configuration and administration including:
SharePoint Farm Planning
SharePoint Installation and Configuration
SharePoint Central Administration
Power Shell scripting
