Position/Role Title: Performance Lead
Start date: 07/07/2014
End date: 06/30/2015
Location: Redmond WA
Max Bill Rate: $50.00 – no flex
Responsibilities:
1. Collate and analyze various data points from Application log data and identify areas of performance concerns
2. Analyze and execute performance tools to identify performance bottle necks and fix them as well.
5. Collate performance test results and analyze data.
Primary Skills/Must Have:
1. Strong performance analysis skills
2. Very details understanding of Performance Engineering processes
3. Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of performance issues and ability to identify bottle necks.
4. Ability to lead a team under himself and do work with Microsoft leads and provide timely status updates.
Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Knowledge of performance testing for applications built with Microsoft technologies
Primary Skills/Must Have:
Performance Testing, SQL
Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:
Microsoft Experience
