 Application Security Architect

Location: Washington, DC
Length: 2 months

Interview: Phone

 

As Application Security Architect, you will be part of an outstanding team of security professionals with deep experience in security engineering. 

You will be responsible for driving security into and ensuring that our software and services are designed and implemented with security in mind. 

We are looking for a seasoned pro with a complete security toolbox. 

The ideal candidate will also have experience implementing security in mobile and cloud-based applications.

 

Responsibilities:

* Drive the application security lifecycle

* Work with development teams to build security into the platform

* Review design documents, threat models created by development teams

* Consult with product teams to provide security best practices, secure design patterns

* Assess the security of core platform infrastructure

* Provide recommendations for hardening environments

* Analyze incidents and security review findings to determine security impact

* Drive the remediation of issues identified through internal and external security testing
