-->Testing Concepts(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases.Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.

-->PeopleSoft Adv Functional(L2)-Advanced functional expertise in Peoplesoft product corresponding to thefunctional domain in consideration. Ability to fully map functionalrequirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind productfunctional and technical capabilities for large and complex projects. Abilityto train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes.Has experience across implementation, support, upgrade, migration andconsolidation projects. Is fully conversant with other functional areas andbusiness domains. Ability to develop integrated solutions. Ability to work withsenior customer representatives and align functional objectives to businessstrategy. Contribution to thought leadership in the PSFT functional space.
