Sr. Teradata Developer
Location: Redwood City, CA
Duration: 12 months
Must have experience- Ab Initio, Informatica, Teradata, Oracle PL/SQL ( Working knowledge datastage, Tableau)
JD:
Client is looking minimum 8+ years of experience
· Understand business requirements and create source to target mapping and high level design documents to meet requirements
· Create complex technical solutions and design utilizing Ab Initio / Teradata and enforce standards and best practices during development, testing and deploy preparation.
· Create unit test cases and ensure that code developed meet business and technical requirements
· Coordinate with support team to ensure clean code deploy
· Coordinate with daily basis with solution architect on requirements and solution design
· Lead offshore team in day to day development
· Remove blockers for the offshore development team
· maintain staggered work hours that allow for interaction with both offshore and onshore resources
· Participate in an agile project structure by attending planning and scrum meetings and estimating time for assigned tasks.
· Lead technical discussions impacting solutions and data integration technology
