Specific Job Details:
This position is with the Environment Management team who is responsible for maintenance of the production and non-production Cerner Millennium environments for locations in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota.
The Environment Management team works closely with the Cerner Millennium Infrastructure Team with operating system, Millennium, and database upgrades and the continual monitoring of the production environments to ensure 24x7 availability and stability.
Additional responsibilities include non-production environment monitoring and management, environment refreshes, Cerner package installations and upgrades, 24x7 on-call coverage, extensive troubleshooting of technical and application issues, and support for application build migration activities.
