Primary Responsibilities:
This position (Network/Voice Project Manager) will serve as Project Manager, Program Manager, and Customer Interface for all communications related services and platforms managed by the Communications Applications Team.

Responsibilities include:
•Overall accountability for the management and execution of multiple IT projects within the Communication Applications Organization.
•Responsible for communications IT Projects consisting of Cisco IPT Voice, Core VoIP, Unified Communications, and Conferencing Services (audio/web/video).
•Manage the service delivery model for the supported platforms to reduce process defects, provide communication driving improved education and utilization, and continual overall process improvement.
•Drive deliverables to meet project deadlines / milestones.
•Identify and report issues with the project. Mitigate identified issues.
•Engage resources (management, service vendors, business segment leads, etc.) for project assignments.
•Track, analyze, and report project status including project progress, key milestones, tasks accomplished, etc.
•Serve as a customer interface for the Communications Applications team defining requirements and acquiring customer feedback in order to provide and prioritize future communications enhancements.

Positions in this function are involved in the definition, management, and implementation of significant technology focused projects. Focuses on IT projects, not for use as project management in non-IT roles. Positions are business specialists and technology generalists that manage, direct and interface with business clients.

Requirements:
•2 years minimum of IT Project management experience
•1 years minimum experience with Project Management tools
•Planned work schedule may require some nights and weekends during specific projects - MUST be comfortable with this.
•1 year of Telecommunications experience
•Proficient with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
•Proficient with Microsoft Project

Nice to Haves:
•Experience with managing Conferencing Services (audio/web/video)
•Experience with Cisco IPT
•Experience with Unified Communications
