Location: NY
Oracle Applications (R12) Technical / Functional Support (Finance, OM & MFG):
(70% Technical & 30% Functional)
Order Management:
Production support for Order management functions. Resolve and work with users to address the issues in placing sales orders, scheduling, and pick release. Maintenance of price list, Carrier codes, and item master. Resolve the issues related with item master, price list, ship via, carrier, and payment methods, etc,
Oracle Receivables:
Daily Invoicing and monthly statement generations are the key function to support the business in receivables area. Email and EDI invoice processing and mailing to customers on daily basis. Monitoring the OM-AR interfaces which will interface sales order shipped to create the customer invoices.
Oracle Purchasing:
Production support for Purchasing functions like PO requisitions, Purchase orders, Catalog price list, etc., Help users in resolving the problems encountered in the PO requisitions process, PO requisitions conversion to Purchase orders.
Oracle Accounts Payables:
Production support for Payables functions like AP/PO matching, payment processing. Help users in resolving the problems encountered during the month end closing process.
Oracle Applications (R12) Technical Support:
Technical skills required:
• Experience in designing and developing PL/SQL Procedures, Functions & Packages.
• Design, Develop and Modify Oracle Reports, BI Publisher
• Create and modify Unix Shell scripts
• Modify and Develop Discoverer Reports.
• Support XML forms and reports
Requirements
• 5+ years working on both technical and functional aspects of Oracle EBS applications.
• 2 years working with R12.
• 2+ years configuring/supporting Finance modules.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, GL, PO, INV & OM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle technical development tools.
• Able to write SQL queries in order to quickly trouble shoot some of the key production issues and month-end reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret and develop to functional and technical specifications required
• Working knowledge of Oracle table structure.
• Experience with Oracle Workflows.
• Ability to support day-to-day software issues.
• General Finance and Accounting systems knowledge.
• Must be process oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
