Description: Required Skills Qualifications 

3+ years of experience in QA Automation and Load Performance Testing Extensive experience in automation testing planning and execution, including test scripts and data sets Extensive knowledge of system development lifecycle methodologies, languages and tools Ability to use automation testing tools, including: HP Quicktest Pro, HP LoadRunner, Telerik Test Studio, Compuware TestPartner, custom automation test coding using tools such as .NET development tools, XML tools, and others
Sufficient development skill to optimize automated test scripts, and integrate data-driven tests into scripts Extensive experience in quality assurance processes, policies and metrics Analytical problem solving skills Detail oriented in nature Strong written and verbal communication skills Expertise in using requirements management tools.
