Location: Nashville, TN

Rate: 33.00 C2C

 

 

Position Description:

 

The FIRST system is TDFI's primary business application.  The Mortgage Division of TDFI is dependent on the FIRST system for regular business operations.  This position will allow the current developers at TDFI to move forward with the development of FIRST while accommodating our customer's ongoing and future needs.  This position will allow the Mortgage Division to experience enhanced performance, reduced errors, audit tracking and increased efficiencies with NMLS transactions.

 

Description of Duties (primary & secondary):

 

-Update National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) download program for Financial Institutions Regulatory System of Tennessee (FIRST) that includes auditing (Date, Time Stamp, and User ID), error logging, and marking records for deletion by using best practices in SQL Server 2012, Visual Studio 2013 using C#, Team Foundation Server 2013, IIS 7.5, jQuery, Web Services, Lamda Expressions and Report Definition Language Client-Side (RDLC). Design, programming (coding) and testing skills in these technologies are mandatory.

-Generate temporary tables dynamically from XML files reused quarterly in the FIRST system  by using best practices in the above listed technologies.

- Good communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to focus on the customer needs in a friendly manner are required.
