Experience with SQL query tuning

Knows how to export data for importing into other environments

Knows how to script tables/sprocs/views/data

Entity Framework experience

Has implemented custom stored procedures in EF

Unit Testing and Integration Testing Experience

Believes in "coding to an interface"

Has used Mocking Frameworks

Has setup and run Integration builds with reporting who broke the build

Believes in the value of Unit Testing

.NET Web Experience

Both forms and MVC

Has build data access frameworks

Has used logging frameworks

Understands what concurrency checking is

Built Partial Views

Implemented data caching (nCache or other framework)

Has used auto documenting tools

Believes in documenting code

Used fxcop/stylecop setup rules for each

Has a favorite set of tools for coding efficiency

Can easily and effectively navigate a large project file.

Has Design Pattern experience

TFS Experience

Sharepoint Development experience

Javascript/HTML/CSS - can code by hand if needed

Understands how to code for multiple devices (responsive design)

Javascript frameworks

Knows how to use Fiddler and debug client side

Personal

Can work well under pressure

Maintain pleasant demeanor under pressure

Can explain new concepts to others clearly

Can do code reviews and offer suggestions in a helpful manner

Can work on multiple projects at once

Understands SDL and working with QA and bug fixing
