IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Role Summary/Purpose:
This IT Infrastructure Manager works across Information Technology teams and business functions to drive the implementation of IT Infrastructure tasks and initiatives, focusing on data /voice communications, end user services, and compute.
This role will interface with IT and Business Leadership to ensure initiatives align with overall IT objectives/requirements and meet our quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects and/or infrastructure tasks within a business project; acts as single-point of accountability and escalation for overall support activities, including problem, change, incident management, and project issues
• Manage a geographically dispersed team of IT resources to complete all aspects of the project, including, but not limited to, estimation, planning, requirements, design, build, test, and migration
• Establish and maintain cross-business relationships and provide critical communication to key leaders and stakeholders for IT infrastructure projects
• Responsible for following standard PMO/SDLC processes and budgetary practices
• Responsible for defining project approach, effort, scope, schedule, team member roles and expectations to ensure that resources are used efficiently and meet project plan objectives.
• Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction and resolution on issues that present operational risk and impact to customers.
• Coordinate efforts of users, vendors and other team leads to determine root cause of issues and lead the escalation process for resolution
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
• 1) Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of IT experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience
Essential Requirements:
• Must be willing to work out of Retail Finance office
• Must be willing to travel up to 30%
Desired:
• Working knowledge of current technologies including, but not limited to, data/voice communications, end user services, and compute
• Experience developing and executing project plans – Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written skills
• Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated presentations skills
• Proven ability to separate relevant information and take actionable steps to deliver results across multiple projects
• Strong business acumen and leadership experience

Testing BSA:
• Provide testing support to the SN Platform team to include: documentation of test plans, test scripts, test cases following client standards and deliverables.
• Coordinate/lead testing effort.
• Manage and update the traceability matrix.
• Partner with vendor and/or third party to complete test phase deliverables.
• Partner with business subject matter experts to validate test plans and test scripts. Partner with the business subject matter experts to establish test data.
• Assist the business in creation of user acceptance test plans.
Required:
• Client certification or equivalent experience.
• Previous project experience with facilitating, detailing, and documenting business requirements including platform configuration requirements.
• Previous experience with data mapping and data conversions.
• Previous experience working with vendor package implementations including partnering with vendor and/or third party.
• Prefer experience with ITSM operations and ITIL process disciplines, i.e. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management, Service Request Management, and Asset Management.
• Previous experience with coordinating and leading test efforts – prefer experience in working with vendor package implementations in this capacity.
• Previous experience in creating and documenting test plans, test scripts, test cases and other test documentation.
• Previous experience in managing the defects and process for a large program.
• Previous experience in an Agile/SCRUM methodology preferred
