ETL Informatica Developer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration:1+year
Rate:53/hr on C2C
The ETL developer develops, tests, and documents ETL solutions which meet business needs. They understand user requirements and functional specifications and develop solutions which meet these needs and specifications. The developer is skilled in data reconciliation and ensure ETL development or reports are guaranteeing a high data quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ETL workflows using Informatica.
• Write design documentation.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Provide Support on daily jobs (monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, preventive & corrective actions)
Key Knowledge Areas
• 5+ years in the ETL development
• Technical knowledge of ERP applications and databases
• Knowledge of development practices including source control, unit testing, and data reconciliation.
RECRUIT POINTS •
**REQUIRED: 5+ years' experience of ETL development with Informatica (Powercenter).
***Specific Hardware/Software Experience Required:
• Knowledge of SQL for Oracle.
• Knowledge of Unix and XML.
• Data management techniques using ETL tools.
• Data management techniques using ETL tools.
• Nice to have understanding of the Oracle 10g architecture.
• Nice to have understanding on Oracle EBS 11.5.10.
• Preferred if certified professional on Informatica
• Experience on PowerExchange for SalesForce
• Informatica Cloud
**Past job titles/Experience that a desired candidate would have that be a smooth transition to this position: Experience on PowerExchange for SalesForce (or) Informatica Cloud
***Certification or Training that is required/desired in a candidate: Informatica certification is a plus
