Description	Experience: Overall experience of 4 to 10 years with 1 to 6 years of experience working on IBM Websphere ESB. Advanced level knowledge/Experience of IBM Websphere Commerce Strong in J2EE, Springs Framework, Architecture and Design patterns Strong understanding of object oriented programming and relational databases. JMS and other messaging systems Must Have: Strong knowledge of Web Services, Ant, Eclipse or other IDEs.IBM Websphere ESB development experience is must. Experience with XML, XSD, and WSDL definition and schema design Experience working with relational databases Nice to Have: Strong academic performance. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
