Location: Irving - TX
Duration: 5+Months
Responsible for technical implementation of enhancements and modifications to a Subex Moneta Revenue Assurance platform implemented on Oracle 11g RAC.
• Develop/enhance/debug Linux/Unix scripts.
• Fine tune or enhance performance of the existing batch jobs.
• Participate in requirements and general design discussions.
• Execute multiple projects while carrying out development tasks.
• Work with cross-functional IT & business organizations.
• 5 years of database design and programming (SQL/Procedures/Functions/Triggers) with both Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS.
• 5 years of experience in developing scripts for Linux/Unix platforms using Shell scripting languages.
• Should be proficient in Oracle (10/11g) and Data Warehousing tools (OBI/ODI/Essbase)
• Expertise in PL/SQL developer
• Demonstrated data analysis and problem solving skills with focus on attention to detail.
• Proficiency in working with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Ability to understand Data Warehousing implications of business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be well organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
• Must be a team player
