Description: Skills that are needed are:
· Need PM experience within IT department
· Healthcare background is a Preferred (look for people who have worked for BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare etc.). Need people with more than 10 years of healthcare experience.
· Who have led projects in membership eligibility, reporting, claims, medical management etc.
· Experience working with business and IT senior management. Able to represent OTSI at senior and high level management.
· Strong communication skills
· Positive attitude
· Self-starter
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
