Notes from the Sr. Mgr, HRIS: I am needing to augment my HRIS team for five (5) months. I'm seeking a consultant candidate, possibly two (2), with HR functional experience, SAP ECC and BI experience, along with a technical background. Below are some specifics for the role.
Primary Skills – 2 roles:
· Role 1- HRIS Analyst for SAP ECC and BI as it relates to HR reporting, auditing and documenting business processes.
· Role 2- HRIS Analyst for SAP ECC and BI, including – but not limited to the following activities:
o Staff augmentation during the SAP BOBJ project and AppliTrack re-implementation
o Conduct business and data analysis, understanding business practices and approaches and recommend business process changes
· A 40 hour work week will be required.
· A standard 5 day work week onsite (Monday-Friday) will be agreed to by all parties unless otherwise dictated.
