 Title : Business Process Analyst

Location: Boise ID
Duration : 12 months

 

Only In Person Interview

 

IDOL needs 1 experienced Business Process Analyst to work with the iUS Consortium team to help build/maintain the Unemployment Insurance system documentation.    Resumes will be used for initial selection.  Interviews will be used as needed to vet the candidates' knowledge and skills.  Experience with or detail knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Interstate Claim processing is preferred.    Telephone or web interviews will not be offered for this PSO.

 

Agency Expected Deliverables

The contractor(s) will work on-site, under the direction of the IDOL project manager/team lead, and will review, analyze, and document business processes for the Unemployment Insurance System (iUS).

 

 

Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of and experience with:   Unemployment Insurance Claim processing in general and detail knowledge or experience with Interstate Claim processing.  Successful candidates will demonstrate their understanding of Unemployment Insurance along with their experience using Team Services, Visio, and Word.    Experience with Interstate Claim processing or Idaho Unemployment Insurance system is preferred.
