Here are the requirement details
Performance Measures
Performance shall be evaluated by Procuring Agency – performance measures will include, but not be limited to, the following.
• Contractor effectively performs the activities and services required to accomplish the Deliverables
• Contractor effectively reports project status
• Deliverables are completed within their respective due date
• Deliverables are completed accurately
• Deliverables are completed within the total compensation amount for each Deliverable
II. Activities
The services provided by the Contractor in this contract will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Analyze the business model for CYFD provider and client services
• Develop EPICS business rules
• Attend and conduct business meetings
• Provide testing and resolution support
• Develop project documentation
