Hand-on coding and also provide work direction to a team of on-shore
and off-shore JAVA Back End developers to design, develop.

Prepare written technical documentation on the design, operation and
maintenance of applications

Collaborate with team in the migration of legacy applications to
current technologies.

Work on design and development of core libraries/modules.
