Excellent understanding of Agile methodology
Excellent communication abilities
Excellent usage of MSExcel
Highly organized
Can lead 3 Scrum teams simultaneously
Scrum Certification required.
Highly desirable experience:
Effective at encouraging team cooperation, while pushing individuals
to high delivery maximum output
Experience with Bugzilla and Testopia
Ability to be flexible and respond quickly to changing needs
Understanding of Java technologies
An understanding of Health Insurance would be a plus
