SCRUM Master
Location: Quincy,MA
Duration: 3-6 months
NOTE: Communication skill is very important
Background: The client is undergoing a companywide SCRUM transformation, so they need an experienced SCRUM Master / Coach.
ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM CLIENT (from this morning):
- Financial sector a must
- Ability to cope with a demanding environment (stress management)
- Scrum Master/Coach : they are implementing SCRUM enterprise wide. Mentoring experience would be a plus.
- Seasoned individual with good communication skills
- Experience with the following tech: Java, Oracle
