· Experienced in Multiple Job Boards (Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Prohires and others).

· Full lifecycle recruiting professional providing sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, evaluating qualifications,

negotiating benefits and salary, and presenting offers.

· Sourcing profiles according to the job specifications

· Screening - Technically profiles according to the job specifications

· Interview Scheduling & Followups

· End to End Recruitment Life Cycle

· Meeting the Target

· Track record of success locating, identifying, and closing top candidate talent.

· Proficient leadership qualities with the ability to mentor productive and motivated teams and a reputation for service, satisfaction, and results.

· Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility to ensure you meet your daily, weekly and monthly goals with a sense of urgency.

· Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.

· Results oriented - determining strategy and delivering on time.

· A self-starter and able to work under pressure.

· Flexible to stretch beyond working hours if needed.

· Can-Do and Will-Do attitude.

Need US IT Bench Sales

Location: Hyderabad, AP

Duration: Fulltime

Shift: Night

Compensation: Salary + Incentives + Perks

Skills/Experience:

· Minimum of 1-4 years proven Bench Sales (US Staffing) experience

· Experienced with full cycle of Sales , submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

· Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.

· Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT preferred.

· Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.

· Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.

· Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.

· knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.

· Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 preferred
