Role: EDI Developer

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 10+ Months

 

 

Project/Role:

 

The Developer is responsible for delivery of technical changes for enhancements to MMIS systems. 

Responsible for deliverables across the software delivery life cycle and provides technical support to Business analysts, Project manager, Testers for successful delivery of the project.

Responsible for activities for, detailed design, application build, component / assembly testing, product / UAT testing support and transition into production.

 

Skills Required:

 

·     Minimum two year full life-cycle Java application development experience.

Oracle Fusion Middleware:

-          Weblogic

-          JDeveloper

-          SOA Suite

 

·         Minimum two years' experience with  Weblogic application servers.

 Preferred:

·         Implementation of one or more HIPAA-compliant EDI transaction formats.

·         Experience with one of the following X12 standard formats: 270, 271, 278, 276, 277, 820, 834, 835, 837P, 837D, and 837I.

·         Experience with HL7 v2 and v3 messaging standards, preferably with HL7 v3 RIM.

·         Experience developing service-oriented architecture, Java based web services, EJBs and BPEL is strongly desired.

·         Experience using SoapUI, JUnit , JDeveloper, Netbeans, PMD and Checkstyle development tools is preferred.

·         Medicaid, Encounter or HL7 implementation experience

·         Experience working with small to medium size teams consisting of analysts and developers from diverse backgrounds.

·         Familiar with UML process and documentation methods

Experience with Glassfish/Java CAPS application servers preferred
