Global Deployment Lead

Job Description

·         Define, develop Deployment strategy and approach for Global Implementation 

·         Facilitate workshops and lead teams to define deliverables and detailed activities for deployment 

·         Develop and Manage the Overall Deployment plan 

·         Lead and manage Regional Implementation Managers 

·         Primary liaison and interface between Business and Project team during deployment 

·         Issue and risk management and escalation point for area of deployment phase 

·         Facilitate operational readiness for go-live based on deliverables defined on plan. Lead and facilitate go/no go process 

·         Primary deployment contact for BU/Territory & Project team for an assigned Regional hub 

·         Support the activities post integration testing to complete the go-live of the COSMOS WBITDI project 

·         Assist the Business Unit/Territory in ensuring Business Readiness go-live 

·         Provide status of key deliverables, raise issues, follow-up to completion and appropriate escalation to WB management 

·         Project Management of deliverables and ensure completion of deliverables according to the deployment plan including obtaining sign-off for deliverables 

·         Act as Regional command center lead during go-live activities and central point of contact for facilitating go-live issue resolution 

·         Facilitate overall assessment to Go-live Readiness deliverables 

·         Ensure execution of the business cutover plan for assigned location 

·         Provides Input to Detail deployment planning and approach including specific territory considerations 

·         Ensures execution of plan and sign-off of deliverables 

·         Coordinates territory/regional activities for deployment including working with multiple teams for logistics, connectivity and territory readiness deliverable

·         Creates, maintains & supports business readiness plan 

·         Overall ownership of status reporting including issue escalation and Resolution point of contact
