PMP - Technical Project Manager/Lead Application Analyst
Up to 3 year project
Charleston, West Virginia – State of WV
Mandatory Required Skills: (Must be shown on resume)
PMP Certification up to date (copy must be provided)
Minimum 5 years as PM and Senior/Lead Analyst Role
Minimum 7 years' experience in SDLC, tracking, overseeing and reporting
8 years Web Development with Dynamic Database driven enterprise
5 years Web Development using ASP, AJAX, Visual Studio (v. 2010 or higher),
.NET framework 2.0+, JavaScript, and C#
5 years development experience with large-scale, complex, N-Tier applications
5 years Telerik/Kendo control experience to develop ASP.NET applications
5 years' experience using CSLA (Component-based, Scalable and Logical
Architecture) Framework to build .NET applications
3 years using ASP.NET MVC, WCF and jQuery
10 years of Relational Database experience
10 years using Oracle RDBMS (11 g or higher) SQL tuning, PL/SQL development
Skills including development of stored procedures
5 years Data Design/Data Modeling
1 year using Java platform and Oracle SOA Suite
5 years' experience in application performance tuning and application security
Using DynaTrace
*10 years' experience with Enterprise Level Automated Child Welfare Information
System (SACWIS) or Child Care System
10 years' experience developing Client-Server using PowerBuilder
8 years' of Analysis and Design
Excellent Communications Skills/speak English
5 years' as Systems Admin for Windows Servers including – server certificate,
Installation and Configuration of applications
3 years' development experience using QAS addressing verification tool
5 years' experience with MS SharePoint Services/Server for team
Collaboration
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Face to face interview prior to selection
Criminal background check (once selected within 6 months)
