Role: Technical Business Analyst

Duration: 6+  Months
Location: Milwaukee WI

 Analyzes business problems to be solved. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. Provide consultation to user in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Typically requires 3-5 years of experience.

 Summary

Seasoned Technical Business Analyst with the skills of a junior PM, well organized, able to manage multiple 'sub-projects' (groups of servers) needing to be refreshed, strong ownership of tasks assigned. Detail oriented. Comfortable with repeated submission of detailed data and updates into Project SharePoint site. Ideal Candidate has worked on both Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects and Infrastructure Buildout projects, including application and data migration into new environments. Experience and understanding of Network and Virtual Desktop (VDI) technologies helpful.

 1. Experience using multiple tools, processes, and methodologies (project management suites, service/workflow request systems, time tracking, etc.)

2. Ability to multi-task given complex projects to which the incumbent is assigned.

3. Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks across multiple projects .

4. Highly organized with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.

5. Possess a clear understanding and proficiency across multiple technology platforms and delivery methods.

6. Works independently, provide input to the program/project manager on various activities.
