Lawson Developer

4+ Month Contract

Zycron has a great Lawson Developer Consulting opportunity. The selected candidate will be working with our client located in Nashville, TN. This is a 4 month contract.

Job Description / Responsibilities: This developer will work with a team which is implementing eBuilder software and also a team which is converting the company's Corporate Accounting and Capital Asset Management offices from GEAC to Lawson software. This developer will work with Lawson Design Consultants, Project Managers, other developers and technical support personnel to program and test interfaces between eBuilder and Lawson according to the company's standards. S/he will work from written business specifications and will develop technical specifications. S/he must openly communicate progress, issues, solutions to the PM and the team. The developer must be onsite until acclimated. Afterwards, working remotely may be possible but is not guaranteed.

Required Skills : COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL/TSO/ISPF/Windows (2000, XP), IBM AIX (Unix), Lawson Design Studio, Lawson Interactive Desktop, Lawson Portal. Experience with developing interfaces to/from Lawson Procurement is required. Strongly preferred is experience with Lawson interfaces to/from eBuilder software. Experience developing on VMs and virtual servers is required.

Optional Skills : Lawson Process Automation
