 Location: Richfield, MN

Duration: 6-12 months
Interview Process: 30-minute Phone Screen (with Delivery Manager, or PM) and 1 hour In-person Interview (with multiple team members) – LOCALS ONLY
 
Prescreening Questions:

1. Please tell me how many years of experience you have as a BA?
2. What is your experience working with Agile/Scrum or rapid cross functional delivery programs?
3. Do you have any experience as a developer (nice to have)
4. Type of technology/framework projects you have worked on?

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

• Minimum 8 years of experience writing requirements for large system integration projects as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment
• Experience working in extremely fast-paced environments
• Experience in wireless/telecom, subscription services, or retail point of sale.
• Writing Acceptance Criteria and use cases
• Experience validating system behavior against requirements
• Usability lab experience – designing sessions and formulating actions based upon results
• Ability working with business to frame up "current state" and "to be" state as a driver to building an IT aligned Roadmap
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodology
