Scope: Post Go Live Maintenance:
• The completion of Phase III will signify the end of the "core" functionality in DMS' Dynamics CRM application and the end of the project. This task will entail supporting the integration of the Debiting of Assets as it goes live in late October. It also includes some entity clean up and potential bug fixes.
Dynamics CRM Training and Additional Documentation:
• This task entails additional training of staff on the utilization of Dynamics CRM and accompanying documentation to support that endeavor. Dynamics CRM Advanced Reporting:
• This task entails the identification and creation of additional queries, views and reports that will aid DMS staff in their day to day work activities.
Software Updates:
• This task will entail evaluation of updates from Microsoft for Dynamics CRM and associated testing of the application to ensure that all application components function correctly post update.
Phone Support:
• This task will includes providing DMS staff with phone support for the Dynamics CRM application. All requests for support will go through the Administration and Financial Section Chief or designated representative.
