Data Testing Architect
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: Long Term
Skill Category Description:
• Responsible for developing Test Strategy for the Data Warehouse Project in TCO.
Prepares and implements data verification and testing methods for the data warehouse. Manages test environment requirements.
• Responsible for overseeing the test resources and ensuring compliance with test policies.
• Provides management reporting on test progress, test outcomes, success rates, issues, and risks.
• Ensures that deployed release and the resulting services meet customer expectations, and verifies that IT operations are able to support the new services
• Monitors status of assignments, and reviews work for completion/quality.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience architecting a data testing solutions
• Minimum seven (7) years' experience with complex SQL queries and data preparation
• Minimum five (5) years' experience supporting Data Warehousing methodologies,and testing approaches.
• Testing experience using ETL and BI tools
• Experience and knowledge utilizing HP ALM to manage test case execution and defect reporting
• Three (3) years' experience working in an Oracle environment
• Three (3) year experience with OBIEE and ODI tool suite
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience working with technical developers and the business community
Education and Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• Certified Testing Foundation Level (CTFL)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
