Project:
Interpret customer RFP requirements utilizing multiple FISMA/FIPS/NIST federal, state, and contractual IT requirements.
Collaborate on compliance requirements during potential solution design including bid decision, solution delivery model selection, solution development, RFP response development, and contract review
Create tailored RFP compliance responses

Team:
The IT Controls Compliance team within Optum Corporate Compliance is experiencing growth.

Responsibilities:
1) Interpret client RFP utilizing multiple FISMA/FIPS/NIST federal, state, and contractual IT requirements. These IT security standards from federal agencies include: CMS MARS-E, CMS ARS, IRS 1075, VA 6500, TRICARE, FISCAM, and other FISMA standards. 2) Collaborate on compliance requirements during potential solution design including bid decision, solution delivery model selection, solution development, RFP response development, and contract review 3) Create tailored RFP compliance responses 4) Integrate multiple requirements into high watermark requirements and multiple scoped environments 5) Educate RFP SMEs in compliance requirements as needed 6) Assist in the compliance activity cost estimations 7) Assist in cost estimation of solution or remediation, when requested.

Tools Needed:
2 years experience implementing IT control assessments 2 years experience creating request for RFP content or responses

Must Have:
privacy, security, and control security management experience
experience assessing NIST 800-53 controls

Nice To Have:
healthcare IT control experience
