Sr Business Data Analyst 

6+ Month Contract

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a library of BI reports written in Crystal Reports and MicroStrategy environments. 

• Create new BI reports in Crystal Reports and MicroStrategy environments 

• Create BI reports that run with sufficient speed to be used in a customer facing interactive web environment

• ETL experience utilizing Informatica and SSIS

• Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, delivering products to market on schedule, and ensuring feedback loops from customers into development

• Strong customer focus

• Solid knowledge of end-to-end quality reporting best practices

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills to minimize exposure and risk on reporting projects 

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Work with other members of the EcoSure development team 

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases within a BI reporting environment. 

• 4+ years' experience in developing business intelligence reports using one or more of the following: Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy 

• 2+ years of experience developing ETLs with SSIS

• 6+ years of experience writing efficient SQL queries within an enterprise RDBMS (i.e. MSSQL, Oracle).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UC4 job creation and scheduling 

• Experience defining and transforming large XML documents 

• A self-starter, displaying an interest and ability to acquire new skills and work with different technologies 

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• High level of English proficiency
