Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 8-10 years relevant work experience
- Experience in implementing PCI compliance in a complex environment
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects or work streams concurrently
- Demonstrated functional/technical expertise
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Overview:
- This position will primarily be leading various work streams associated with the companys Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance requirements
- specifically, leading the design and implementation of PCI zones, logging, and testing across two locations.
- The Sr. PM will work collaboratively with functional business and technical areas to achieve agreed project objectives, milestones and deliverables and ensure implemented solutions meet quality expectations.
- Candidate must have in-depth practical knowledge of Project Management methodology, tools and practices to ensure successful outcomes of projects as well as substantial experience with cross-departmental projects with a med-high degree of complexity.
- Candidate must have specific experience managing technical infrastructure projects, preferably designing and implementing PCI zones.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Responsible to manage projects related to PCI compliance across the organization Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Manages project budget and tracks team hours and expenses
- Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Minimizes exposure and risk on project and ensures appropriate action
- Manages, resolves and escalates, as appropriate, issues to ensure high quality deliverables
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
