Job Description:-
· You will be part of a highly motivated and successful team of talented individuals who will look to you to provide the necessary leadership and support to be successful. You will be required to become a subject matter expert in the Personalization space and be able to speak from an informed opinion providing guidance to an array of business units across the company.
Required Skills:-
· Own the E2E project delivery processes for each individual projects irrespective of project type.
· Manage project escalations with customers/stakeholders (Internal or External).
· Owns project performance parameters.
· Monitor and control the schedule, budget, quality of the project.
· Manage & Chair project calls with stakeholders.
· Prepare robust Project plan thus avoiding any schedule/budget slippage.
