solutions   in   any   industry.   Spring,   Maven,   SOA,   SOAP/REST   skills   are   top   of   the   list   although   a   very  
talented and motivated pure Java developer may also be well positioned to be successful in the role.  
Experience & Attributes 
● 5+ years of Java software engineering experience 
● 5+ years proven experience of implementing highly reliable, performance ­oriented, visually 
rich web applications 
● Understanding of HTML5/JavaScript 
● Advanced knowledge of Spring, Maven, Eclipse 
● Advanced knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture 
● Experience in team­based development using continuous integration and bug tracking tools is 
desired 
● Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) 
● Strong sense of commitment and focus 
● Strong team player 
Education 
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.  Graduate Degree a bonus.
