Note: Candidate need to be available for face to face
BA with QA Background
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current testing process and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Recommend improvements to senior management.
Analyze business problems and assess process changes that are aligned with the project objective.
Oversee the end-to-end defect management process within the program, ensuring proper coordination between project teams and external service providers.
Ensure the creation and communication of required templates and defect reports to team members and management.
Establish a weekly reporting package and review meeting with leadership to highlight key focus areas and recommendations.
Establish defect metrics that quantify progress while highlighting potential areas for improvement.
Work with SMEs to prioritize and triage defects.
Produce daily, weekly and monthly test metrics and create test dashboards as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst on large and complex projects
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance practices & testing methodologies
Experience performing daily defect triage and reviewing defects with multiple teams and managing defects through their life cycle
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills – networking, building relationships, teamwork
Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner
Self-motivated, works well in a team structure and independently
High level of competence with MS Office
