 Voice\Data Network Support                                   

3 month Contract

Plymouth

*Must pass a drug test and background check once offered the position*

 

 

• Provide support and maintenance of the contact center infrastructure and applications with an emphasis on Kana Knowledge Management, Chat, and Email applications and well as Nice Inc. Performance Management Tools. This includes incident and problem management, planning and execution of maintenance activities, and assisting in project related activities.

• Incident Management:
• Provide 24x7 or after hours support for the Contact Center Application Support Team (Kana and Nice applications)
• Assist in troubleshooting efforts when incidents occur
• Coordinate with other support teams for restoration or problem management activities
• Manage and execute activities related to remediation plans
• Change Management:
• Plan and track maintenance activities for the Contact Center infrastructure
• Conduct maintenance activities to include, installs, upgrades, patches, etc.
• Develop, publish and execute appropriate test plans related to scheduled maintenance
• Perform Nightly publishes of new content for the Kana Knowledge Management application
• Infrastructure Build:
• Assist engineers in design and planning of infrastructure additions or enhancements
• Coordinate and assist vendor with infrastructure builds or application changes.



Qualifications:

Required:
• 2+ years' experience with application or infrastructure support
• 2+ years' experience with Linux or UNIX applications
• 2+ years' experience with Windows Server and Windows applications
Assets:
• Proven ability to learn quickly
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Experience with Websphere Application Server
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Undergraduate degree or combination of education and experience
