 BO, BI design/developer

    Burbank , CA  

 

Please see the description below for the Developer role. First preference of interview will be given to LOCAL candidates.

 / hour all inclusive and duration is 6 months with good possibility of extension.

The primary role of the candidate will be: BO, BI design/development duties

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the project detailed reporting requirement analysis, design, development, delivery, and support

• 2. Work with business users and BICC reporting teams to gather and interpret detailed reporting requirements
• 3. Develop, support and enhance Crystal Reports, WebI reporting components to satisfy the project reporting requirements.
• 4. Prepare FDS's and TDS's for BO development objects
• 5. Prepare Unit Test Plan and Test Result
• 6. Supporting the break fixes during Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing Test Cycles
• 7. Participate in BO reporting training material development to support project go-live
• 8. Supporting post-production issues
• 9. Knowledge transition to WB resource(s) on his delivered objects

Specific Deliverables:

• 1. Create FDS's and TDS's for BO Crystal and WebI
• 2. Developed BO Crystal and WebI reports with unit testing as per WB standard
• 3. Complete Unit Testing Plan and Test Results
• 4. Provide post production support during stabilization periods
• 5. Provide KT to WB resource (s) or production support
• 6. Timely delivery of the assigned objects in conformance with project timeline and WB QA standards

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of BW/BO project experience

• 2. Minimum of 3 years hands on experience with BO reporting tools including Crystal Report, WebI and Xcelsius
• 3. Two Full Cycle of BW/BO front end development
• 4. Experience with BW/BO reporting development documentation (FDS, TDS, Unit Test script)
•  
• 1. Experience in BW BEx 7.0 reporting, queries and workbooks
• 2. Experience in BO and SAP Integration
• 3. Experience in data warehouse modeling and design
• 4. Experience in reporting Performance tuning
• 5. Experience in SAP FICO and CRM subject area
