Job Responsibilities: 

 

We are seeking an accomplished hands on IT Professional with extensive 
experience delivering highly visible care delivery projects for 60+ clinics/offices to successful conclusion.

 

The position requires flexibility, travel, team player, strong written and verbal skills; and excellent problem solving skills.

Proven track record of successful leadership while overseeing multiple simultaneous projects spread across Texas and Florida.

There is heavy desire for consultant to be located in San Antonio.

1) Participate in clinical and office go-live activities that include Clinical application testing, device validation (clinical and 
non-clinical) and site stabilization. 

2) Conduct and oversee testing of Clinical Applications, Medical devices and integration which connect to the network. Examples include 
Holter Monitor; X-ray image uploads, Cardiology (Echo and Nuclear Medicine Devices). 

3) Ability to work with technical teams and an organization with high posture for process, Information Risk Management, Security and 
Compliance i.e. patience, team work and flexibility required. 

4) Create/ Follow extensive documentation for repeatable processes, 

5) Act as liaison between project team, End Users and WellMed technical group. 

6) Create and track project schedule for go-lives and surveys 

7) Flexible team player.   Position includes travel and time on-site
