Job Title: PERFORMANCE TEST LEAD
Duration: One Year

Location: Columbia, SC
Max Bill/Salary: $50.00

Short Project Description: The project is a state wide child support and family court system program implementation. The project is sub divided into smaller functional areas with cross functional design. There are over 200 interfaces with over a dozen partner agencies. The project is in system test phase with development working on defect fixes and enhancements if any.

 

Performance Test Lead

·         Strong performance testing experience with both applications and interfaces

·         Ability to lead team of performance testers

·         Experience gathering performance test requirements

·         Knowledge and practice of performance testing processes for implementation, execution and result analysis

·         Experience with performance testing using out of the box tools

·         Ability to create, maintain, execute performance testing scripts and suites of scripts

·         Ability to generate and publish test results   

·         Experience with testing systems utilizing SQL Server

·         Experience with tools such as Quality Center (QC) and/or Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) for defect management

·         Proven ability to drive performance test planning

·         Performance specification development

·         Participation in requirements and design WPRs

·         Ability to successfully, professionally, and diplomatically build and maintain strong cross-group, collaborative relationships with other teams such as the Client, Data Conversion team, Architecture team, and Development team

·         Ability to facilitate meetings and document outcomes

·         Ability to deliver business value on time and with highest quality, even under aggressive release schedules

·         Strong customer focus and passion for doing what's right for the customer

·         Ability and willingness to mentor less experienced team members

·         Participation in test team member candidate interviews

·         Participation in defect triage calls and other project meetings as required

·         Strong verbal communications

·         Open and collaborative communication style

·         Strong problem solving skills

·         High accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges

·         Confidence, takes ownership, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done

·         Able to provide accurate time/resource estimates for assigned tasks

·         Improving testing collateral through lessons learned participation and contribution

·         Experience in DMV projects a plus
