Title: Network Admin /Network analyst (cisco)

Duration :12+ Months (Long term contract)

Location : Bloomington, IL

 

 

Task Description:  This request is for a resource that can support our ICM, CVP and UCCE needs for the Contact Centers and Operations for the UC deployment. 

 

 

Primary Skills needed:

•        Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)

.        Cisco CVP Studio Experience

•        Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)

•        Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

 

Other Skills requested:

.        Application Scripting & Support

•        TCP/IP networking fundamentals

•        Voice User Interface Design

•        Complex Call Routing Application Design

•        AT&T Route IT application

•        Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)

•        Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco

•        Self Directed

•        Team player

•        Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
