Here are the requirement details

 Project Summary – Ameriprise is implementing a new tool for the PM to track and manage projects. This tool will be replaced with SharePoint 2013. At the same time they are going to be upgrading to ProjectServer 2013. They are utilizing a company UMT that will be performing the configuration and implementation of these new products. This company will do everything up through implementation thus they are looking for someone that can partner with UMT through the configuration and implementation, basically tied to them, so that after implementation the Tech Lead will be the one then working through the pilot and enterprise rollout.

 

Must Have:

-           Project Server 2010 / SharePoint 2010 (if they have 2013 of either products that would be a huge bonus)

-           Experience working with an external vendor, working in tandem with him, learning and being able to then take a lead roll.

-           Experience implementing an enterprise rollout of any system (if it were SP or Project Server that would be a HUGE bonus)

-           If they have PeopleSoft Project Costing that would be nice but NOT required.

• Work with implementation vendor to acclimate them to Ameriprise technical procedures.

• Assist with architecture and technical requirements for the MS Project Server 2010, UMT Project Essentials Pro implementations

• Assist implementation vendor with configuration of MS Project Server 2010, UMT Project Essentials Pro, BI, and SSRS

• Work with cross commits on integrations with PeopleSoft Project Costing, IQ Navigator, and cross commits for Ameriprise infrastructure (DBA, MFT, ETL, etc)

• Working on implementing SharePoint Web Parts as deemed necessary

• Takes over implementation vendor role once we reach pilot and/or when implementation vendor contract ends.

 

• 5+ years technical experience in a variety of environments

• Ability to work with technical teams to coordinate work effort

• Ability to assimilate from implementation vendor and then pass along to long term support teams

• Experience with MS Project Server 2010, SharePoint 2010, and integrating between systems a must

• Experience with PeopleSoft (especially Project Costing module) a strong plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Organizational Change Management and IQNavigator a plus
