Project Summary:

Requesting proposals for implementing and customizing a complete Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution that includes the software, hardware and services to implement the new suite of products while possibly integrating and building upon existing IAM solution. Expectation is that the individuals we on-board will be effective in collaborating with and consulting with internal business partners to improve process, people, and technology solutions related to the businesses. Has Application Access Management capabilities. Assists in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects. Partnering with internal Corporate Application Access Management business clients across the enterprise to improve process efficiency for in-scope Business Application Systems. Broad knowledge of Web Access Management technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Requirements Gathering (working internally with various business and technology teams), and gap analysis

• Driving and Completing the construction of the RFP, including vendor selection and kicking off the solution development.

• Understand complex business and information technology management processes.

• Maximizing returns on WAM investments while minimizing the risks associated with deployment of access management solutions,

• Clear understanding of the best practices for defining solution architectures - Provisioning, Workflow Processes, Access Management Technologies (ex. Authentication, Authorization and Entitlements), Data Security and Privacy - Database access, Role Based Access Controls design and methodology.

• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge (ex. SOX).

• Knowledge and experience with several complementary implementation methodologies with expertise in at least one of the following: ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, CMMI, COBIT, CISSP, CISA.

 

Identity Management experience in the following areas:

• Single Sign On

• Federated identity and web services security concepts

• Multi-Factor Authentication

• Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design

• Resource Provisioning

• Role Base Access Control

• Java and .NET environments/languages

• Mobile Applications and Security

• Network Topology

• IBM WebSphere
