Primary Skills : building reports, checking reports- at a junior level/ latest BO Version a plus

 Requirements:

* At least Three (3) years experience as a Data Analyst or Decision Support Analyst. Must have strong foundation in Business Intelligence Tools, Decision Support Systems, OLAP Technology, Multi-dimensional Data, and Data Cubes; i.e.; Business Objects XI 3.1, Business Objects 4.0, Crystal Reports XI, Informatica 9.x.
* At least One (1) year experience with query language (SQL, PL/SQL etc.) with Oracle 10g, 11g
* Two (2) years insurance industry experience preferred.
* Ability to see IT projects through to completion, including meeting deadlines and reporting to management.
* Must have strong foundation in Business Intelligence Tools, Decision Support Systems, OLAP Technology, Multi-dimensional Data, and Data Cubes; i.e. Business Objects XI 3.1, Business Objects 4.0, Crystal Reports XI, Informatica 9.x. or above.
* Ability to design and develop reports and reporting systems, including completing ad hoc reporting.
* Strong background in Statistical Data Analysis. Must possess strong query language skills (SQL, PL/SQL etc.) with Oracle 10g or above.
* Ability to provide the key user requirements to the data warehouse team to create/update the dimensional model and OLAP infrastructure.
* Ability to develop and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to participate in the meta-data maintenance for the data warehouse and dimensional model especially from the end-users perspective.
* Ability to train end-users on report creation in Business Objects XI 3.1, Business Objects 4.0.
* As part of the team, take part in the design development and implementation of the data warehouse.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred.
