Java Developer
Location: Temple Terrace - FL 
Duration: 12+Months


Detailed design, development, deployment of vForce application. Create JAVA/J2EE based applications .
Designs, modifies, develops, writes, tests, implements and supports business applications
Interacting with Offshore Client team for design , development and code review.

Reports status.
Testing: Unit & System.
Incident reporting- identification and resolution, communication, leadership and project management skills.
Technical skill set includes JAVA/J2EE, Web Services,MQ and Oracle
Support code drop, post production support
Very good written and oral communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

5-7 yrs experience in developing distributed applications and web development using JAVA, J2EE, XML Web Services, MQ and Oracle
Experience in implementation and deployment of enterprise level applications.
Experience in development and deployment of large-scale applications for Verizon.
Ability to trouble shoot and respond to outages.
Very good written and oral communication.
Support code drop, post production support

DESIRED SKILLS:
Masters degree in Computer Science or related. Prior experience with Telecom IT systems and environment

Provide Own Laptop configured with the following minimum specifications: 2 GHz Processor, 320 GB HDD, 4 GB RAM, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and any updatable Anti-Virus Software installed.
