The Business Systems Analyst role reports to the Systems Development Manager and is responsible for facilitating the work with the business and technology teams in the following way. Document and refine business requirements for technology team. Define end-to-end / user acceptance testing scenarios. Perform testing defined in the above scenarios. Work with documentation and training team to ensure up-to-date product documentation and training

Requirements Gathering and Refinement

• Define with key stakeholders and document requirements that reflect their business, budgetary, and functional objectives.Contribute to the definition of RFP requirements and to the functional evaluation of proposed vendor solutions.Translate requirements for development into user stories in the Version One requirements management system.Participate in reviews of functional specifications of our company's and our partners' systems to assure they align with our technical requirements

Documentation

• Provide initial inputs for user documentation and coordinate with documentation and training team.Document business process changes resulting from deployment of new or enhanced systems and contribute as appropriate to organizational training and adoption.

Test Plans and Testing

• Collaborate with business users on defining user-oriented test strategies and acceptance criteria for SalesForce and other systems under development Conduct end-to-end scenario testing (UAT) of SalesForce prior to the deployment of changes to production.Facilitate usability testing of systems used by IES staff and/or its customers
