Xcel Energy ERP Project Manager

Summary:
We have a need for a PM to assist with the solution requirements phase of determine whether an ERP solution would be a good fit at Xcel Energy.

Responsibilities:
• Identify tasks; determine durations/schedules, and resource assignments
• Manage project execution and tracking
• Assist with meeting coordination
• Assist with assembling documentation, document reviews, and help with maintaining Sharepoint collaboration site

Requirements:
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to manage project financials
• Be able to review and understand Xcel Energy's Universal Life Cycle project methodology and general comply with it
• Having Business Analysis skills would be a plus

Top Skill Sets:
a. Previous experience coordinating with potential vendors
b. Strong experience working with financials
c. Previous experience creating business cases and developing RFPs
d. Tracking and scheduling

* Prefer previous Utilities experience
* Prefer previous PM experience on an ERP implementation
* Candidate will be in more of a functional role – trying to make a determination on whether they go with an ERP solution or not
