Here are the requirement details

 

--

 Must have App Dev background (Cobol, .net,etc)

-           Managed on and off shore resources

 

-           There will be an initial 1 hour phone interview.

-           There may be a second in-person interview and if the candidate is in Green Bay (the manager would most likely go there but this can be discussed if need be).

 

Additional details:

·       The position is primarily going to be working with resources (both Business and IT) in Green Bay however the manager sits in Indianapolis. Therefore, it would be preferred to find candidates from both Green Bay and Indianapolis with the emphasis on wanting to place someone in Green Bay.

·       If the candidate is going to be based out of Green Bay, the manager will most likely have them come to the Indianapolis office for the first week of work and then they will go to Green Bay for their second week of work.

 

 

Title:      Project Manager

Duration:         6 months

Location:       Green Bay, WI

 

Job Responsibilities: 

           

•Need to be a strong IT PM that understands managing application development projects at a detail level
•Will be assigned to two or three strategic projects at a given time
•The project manager will manage onshore and offshore resources that will range from 3 to 12 resources on each project, depending on the size of the project.
•The resources that the PM will be managing could be either Cobol iSeries developers, Cobol Mainframe developers, .Net developers, DBA's, etc. It will not be limited to just one technical skill set or development team
•Most of the projects range from 4 to 12 months in duration.
